We are a Masonic Lodge founded in 1950 for students and staff of Southampton University.
We extend to both potential members of Freemasonry and members of other Lodges who are away from their home – especially because of university commitments – the benefits of either joining, or of visiting, a very friendly ‘host’ where you can start or, continue to enjoy, your membership of the Craft. Further we take great pride in the fact that our members include men from many trades and professions, or what may be called ‘The University of Life’. Indeed following the implementation of the United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE) Universities Scheme we have become very popular because of our deeply caring nature which reflects the very principles of Masonry.
